These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the JAG Residential & Commercial Cleaning Services website and your booking of cleaning services from JAG Residential & Commercial Cleaning Services ("JAG," "we," "us"). By using our Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

JAG provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to home cleaning, office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, medical/lab cleaning, and floor waxing, serving Moose Jaw, Regina, and surrounding communities in Saskatchewan.

2. Booking & Estimates

Free in-person estimate visits can be requested online through our booking page for any service we offer — residential, commercial, post-construction, carpet, window, medical/lab, or floor waxing. Submitting a booking request is a request for an appointment, not a guaranteed confirmation — we will confirm your exact date and time by phone or email. The estimate visit itself is not a cleaning service and does not obligate you to book one.

3. Scope of Work

Services are limited to what is agreed at the time of booking or quotation. Additional tasks not discussed in advance may require extra time and may result in additional charges, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

4. Access to Your Property

You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time (e.g. entry codes, keys, or someone present to let our team in). If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we will do our best to reach you and may need to reschedule.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the time to another customer. We do not currently charge a cancellation or late-notice fee, but we appreciate as much notice as you can give us.

6. Pricing

Prices shown on our Site are starting estimates and may vary based on the size, condition, and specific needs of your home or business. Final pricing will be confirmed with you before service begins. We do not require a deposit to book.

7. Pets & Safety

Please let us know about pets in advance. For the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that pets be contained during the visit. We reserve the right to decline or pause service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.

8. Supplies & Equipment

We provide our own cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If you'd like us to use products you supply, please let us know in advance.

9. Satisfaction

If you're not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

10. Liability

JAG is licensed and insured. We take care to protect your property while working, but we are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or items not disclosed to us in advance as requiring special care. Valuables, cash, and irreplaceable items should be secured before your appointment.

11. Photos

We may take before-and-after photos of completed work for quality assurance and marketing, handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
